My samples arrived so quickly - great service!
Not impressed
The Coordonne wallpaper samples I ordered were disappointing. The samples are small and the quality is poor. Looks like a bad resolution print job with no texture. At $7/each plus shipping, the value just isn't there. Will not be ordering from Design Shop again.

I ordered and requested rush
I ordered and requested rush delivery at an additional cost of $10. The rush said I would have it by Monday. I needed it Monday to share with a vendor. It arrived after Monday.

Due to severe weather near our fulfilment hub, FedEx was unable to perform their pickups; which caused a delay on your order. Very disappointing. Paid extra for shipping to receive items ahead of schedule. Design shop didn’t deliver. Was unable to use any of the samples by the time they arrived. I had to pick a color several days before for a scheduled paint job. I wouldn’t recommend and I wouldn’t use them again.

The week your order was placed, our fulfillment hub experienced severe weather, which unfortunately prevented FedEx from picking up shipments as scheduled. We completely understand how frustrating that delay must have been and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. To compensate for the delay, we refunded your order in full. Don't Expect Timely Delivery or Assistance
Ordered color samples, needed them overnight due to a meeting with client. I ordered them on a Thursday with a Friday delivery and paid the additional cost. Everything stated delivery on Friday. It is now Saturday, my meeting is @ 2:00pm and the product is not going to be delivered until Monday. Virtual Assist was annoying, and customer service isn't available. I am now driving to the FEDEX office to pick up this package that I paid additional to have delivered yesterday and DESIGN SHOP did not have any solutions to accomplish this. Plus, they do not offer credits - it isn"t their fault -"take it up with FEDEX"
