What size are DesignShop samples?

Sample sizes vary by material and brand, and you can find exact dimensions on each product page. We also offer peel-and-stick paint samples and are revolutionizing material sampling—giving you better ways to see and feel the materials in your space before you commit.

Who can help answer my product question?

We believe Brands are best suited to answer detailed questions about their products. The 'Ask the Brand' feature allows you to submit product-specific questions directly to the brand and receive a response within 48 hours.

How do I contact Support?

To reach our support team, please send us a message and one of our specialists will respond within 24 hours.

Orders and Payments

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to all 48 states within the contiguous US. We do not currently support delivery to P.O. boxes.

What shipping methods do you offer?

All orders are shipped via FedEx Overnight. We offer free shipping on all orders over $25. For orders under $25, the shipping fee is $4.95.

  • Orders placed Monday - Thursday before midnight ET are delivered next day

  • Orders placed on Friday before midnight ET will be delivered on Monday or can be delivered on Saturday for an additional $19.90 on orders under $25 or $9.95 on orders over $25.

  • Orders placed on Saturday before 8:00pm ET are delivered on Monday. Saturday orders placed after 8:00pm ET are delivered on Tuesday

  • Orders placed on Sunday are delivered on Tuesday

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free FedEx Overnight shipping on all orders over $25. For orders under $25, the shipping fee is $4.95.

How do I track my order?

The tracking number for your order can be found in your order history or the shipping confirmation email associated with your order.

How can I edit or cancel my order?

You can edit or request to cancel your order within 15 minutes of placing it. Due to our fast processing and shipment times, we cannot guarantee cancellation requests that fall outside of the 15-minute window, or for orders placed after 11:45 PM ET. To edit or cancel your order send us a message.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards.

Can I use multiple payment methods for a single purchase?

At this time, only one payment method can be entered per order

Do you accept returns?

We do not accept returns. Like most businesses that offer samples, our goal is to allow you to experience the product first-hand before making a decision. Once your decision has been made, consider keeping, sharing, donating, or up-cycling your samples.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged or defective?

If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact support@designshop.com immediately. Provide your order number, photos of the damaged or defective item, and a description of the issue. We will assist you with a replacement or refund according to our return policy
