Countertops Description
The multi-coloured colour range is made by using only recycled Durat as granulate. Cutoffs from our own production, and those bought back from other fabricators, are granulated and the different coloured speckles are mixed together and used as raw material for the new Durat. Murumuru is ideal for high-use areas, offering excellent wear resistance and easy maintenance. Its rich, speckled pattern cleverly conceals signs of wear, keeping surfaces looking fresh. Murumuru granulates can be combined with any Durat base colour, including RAL Classics.

- Installation Guidelines:
- Countertops can be mounted to any kitchen or bath cabinet. The top should be sealed to a support plate for extra rigidity. Seams can be sanded down, producing the effect of a single piece
- Care Instructions:
- Darker colored solid surfaces are not recommended for high traffic installations as they may show scratches more easily. Please reach out to us for a test piece if you are considering this kind of application. It is recommended that the surface be cleaned with mild detergent or a soap and water solution and rinsed with water. Melamine foam (Miraclean, Magic eraser) is an excellent cleaning product for Durat as well. For difficult stains, you can use dishwasher detergent. If the Durat® countertop is scratched or suffers similar damage, it can be re-sanded in the same manner as sanding a new product
