Countertops Description
This rare marble evokes the glory of the Roman Empire, the creative firestorm of Renaissance and the glamour of the Belle Epoque. Once reserved exclusively for the French royal family, it is featured so prominently in their masterpiece palace that it also is known as “Breche de Versailles.” Huge brecciated chunks of color swirl and collide with an artful force across the surface of the slab. The shades range from deep golden caramel to soft moss green and from merlot to blue-black. Sourced in France from a quarry that will no longer yield this treasure, it is offered in 2 centimeters, polished. This is a stone for the ultimate connoisseur.
