Gordian’s Kintsugi Collection reminds us that there is beauty to be found in all of life’s imperfections. When creating this line, our weavers drew their inspiration from the Japanese art of restoring shattered pottery using lacquer which is accented with precious metals. Rather than hiding the imperfections, our artisans embraced them; using the concept of the broken pieces with all their flaws and filling in the cracks to create a piece that is unique and glamorous. The rugs featured in this collection boast beautiful colors and metallic features which will enhance any interior, and will no doubt elevate the atmosphere of any room with the variations on this artform.
