    Countertops Description

    Nova Serrana is a charcoal-grey design reminiscent of oiled soapstone. The dark, mottled background is traversed by long thin veins in deep black and fading veins of soft white. This design is available only in natural matte finish.

    What It’s Made Of:
    Up to 93 percent quartz aggregate combined with polyester resin binders and proprietary pigments that are homogeneous, with uniform color throughout their thickness
    How It’s Made:
    Quartz agglomerate, resin binders, and pigments are blended together. Using the Bretonstone® vacuum vibro-compaction method, the mixture is polymerized and cast into slabs

    Installation Guidelines:
    Installation varies depending on application. Typically, support is required every 24in. Wet fabrication process must be used when cutting, routing, and finishing. Wear a dust mask and ensure there is proper ventilation to avoid potential hazards from silica dust. Refer to the Specification PDF for additional information

    Care Instructions:
    For everyday cleaning, wipe surface with a soft cloth, soap, and water. A mild household cleaner such as Windex®, Green Works® or 409® are acceptable. After cleaning, towel dry to avoid streaks. Spills should be wiped up immediately. No sealing or polishing necessary. Avoid bleach, oven cleaners and abrasive pads or powders
