    Wallcovering Description

    Intrigued by the architectural drawings printed on white copy paper he saw at the Rollout Studio, Sangster began to investigate the origins of the first blueprints and was drawn to the beauty and lines of medieval and renaissance architectural drawings such as the Plan of Saint Gall. Taking inspiration from these drawings and cyanotype and diazo type architectural drawings, Sangster designed the pattern Blueprinty.
